MedCare Milestones is a Texas based not-for-profit organization of volunteers dedicated to promoting, encouraging and fostering the health and welfare of children locally, nationally and globally. We understand the challenges families encounter when it comes to being able to pay for healthcare, respite care, supplies, equipment, basic necessities and even holiday treats for their children with special medical needs.

Our focus is on children and families in need. Our organization can help by providing free respite care support, essential learning supplies and equipment, medical supplies, home modifications, counseling and support group meetings, preventative education for children, holiday trees and treats and more.

Our volunteers are parents, professionals, counselors and physicians. We are united in our commitment to helping children and their families in need. We reach out so they can achieve milestones. We believe together we can make difference in a child’s life. The smile on one child’s face makes the Milestone complete.
